Confusing UI

This app has potential but mostly it's confusing to use and has lots of cognitive overhead to get started. Linking articles is not intuitive. Limiited drag and drop support. No suppoert for non-text objects limits usefulness.

Settings are spread out throughout various GUIs and navigating notes is confusing unless you set up pinboards which is also confusing to do. Iconage used to communicate feedback symbolically is confusing and not straightforward. Invidividual notes seem to be locked into proppretary settings.

No icloud integration. No adherence to HIG.

App is very un-Mac-like. Other minimal note apps are MUCH better at being able to naviagate notes.

At least give us standard mac GUI views and ability to sort items like most other Mac apps that have list-item objects.

Most annoying of all - for me, a developer - is the overly large linespacing in what I wish was plain monospaced text.

I want to like this app. I want to use this to collect and collate notes but the cognitive overhead of keeping track of how to naviagte things is slowing me down. YMMV.
