TDEEzy turns calories and macronutrients into a daily plan that is easy to understand and use. Estimate your energy needs with the Mifflin–St Jeor equation or start from a BMR value measured by a qualified professional. Set your goal, distribute calories and macros across meals, and see clearly what remains throughout the day. WITH TDEEZY YOU CAN: • build a plan for calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates; • log and edit breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks; • use Meal Coach to calculate realistic quantities for a meal target; • rebalance a meal after changing the day's meal distribution; • save, duplicate and reuse days and meals; • review trends, check-ins and diary completeness; • import a personal food CSV without permanently replacing the built-in catalogue; • track hydration; • optionally connect Apple Health; • use widgets and local reminders. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account is required. Your diary, foods, goals, measurements and preferences stay on your device. TDEEzy includes no advertising trackers or external profiling services. FREE AND PREMIUM Plan calculation, the diary, food search and core progress features remain available for free. Meal Coach and guided features marked in the app require TDEEzy Premium, available as an annual subscription or a Lifetime purchase.
