Such a disappointment

Seemed great till they suddenly made lots of their servers including the precious UK ones totally inaccessible to freemium users. It is therefore now useless and certainly no longer as still claimed, free ! Big thumbs down.

I completely understand your frustration, and I apologize that this experience made you feel misled about our free service.You're right to point out this limitation. What happened is that our UK and Singapore free servers hit their monthly quota due to high demand - they reset on the 24th of each month (and the UK server is actually back online now).I realize we could communicate these limitations more clearly. Our free tier does have capacity constraints on popular locations, but there are still other free servers available across four continents. We added a fourth Frankfurt server a few days ago to expand capacity, and we're continuing to monitor usage to add servers where needed.We're investing in more server capacity specifically because of feedback like yours. If you'd like to discuss this further or if there's anything specific I can help with, please email support@tegant.com.If you do give our service another try and find it works better for you, we'd really appreciate if you could consider updating your review to reflect your experience.
