You ask, it suggests, and you decide what to use. Use the assistant your administrator set up on your TotalMail server, or Apple Intelligence on devices that have it. Each suggestion says who wrote it. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • The app talks to your TotalMail server and nothing else • Your mail passwords stay on the server; the app keeps a key for the device in the Keychain • See the devices where you are signed in, and sign any of them out • No advertising, no tracking, no analytics TotalMail needs a TotalMail server.
