There was a problem when paying the membership fee. After verification, it still did not show that the payment was successful. As a result, the credit card was deducted 3 hours later. There was no membership when logging in to the APP. There is no deduction record in the Apple store. Don't download this scammer software.

Please try Settings → Restore Purchases in the app (using the same Apple ID). Also check Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → Purchase History.If you don’t see a purchase there, the bank charge may be a delayed authorization from Apple. Please email us at hi@anymind.io with a screenshot of your Purchase History/receipt, and the time of charge—we’ll help activate your membership or guide a refund right away.
