TravelSync brings structure and clarity to group travel It helps you collect all parts of a trip in one place and keeps plans aligned as they evolve: across people, devices, and time. With TravelSync, you create a trip and keep all essential details in a shared space, including dates, destinations, accommodations, transport, activities, and expenses. Everything is organized chronologically, so even complex journeys remain clear and easy to follow. A unified timeline keeps your plans in sync. It shows where you will be, how you get there using Apple Maps, and what is planned along the way. Weather forecasts powered by Apple Weather help you stay prepared throughout the trip. Afterward, a trip recap provides a complete overview of your journey. Shared expenses can be tracked to keep costs in sync within the group. Totals per category and per person make spending transparent and help settle balances clearly. Sign in with Apple enables optional synchronization between participants via cloud sharing. When a trip is shared, everyone sees the same up-to-date information, helping groups stay aligned before and during the journey. When used in guest mode, synchronization is disabled and data remains stored locally on your device. TravelSync is free to use and contains no advertising. It is designed solely to keep travel plans organized and synchronized: without bookings, sales, or social features. TravelSync is actively developed and continuously refined to improve clarity, reliability, and synchronization across trips.
