Probably good for new crypto commers

I’ve actively used this wallet for more than 6 months( sending, receiving, selling various cryptos). But stopped eventually due to lack of qualified support with appropriate solutions with reasonable time frame. As well the presented exchange partners are far from perfect in terms of exchange prices. The whole idea of the wallet and buy/sell option looks very promising. But the realization is not that perfect. Like, you can add more wallets trough a seed phrase but I could never see any balances in the added wallets and you can’t delete them as well. For sure tge team is working on the product adding new features and interface. But still it is hardly a product for the person who wants more control and options with the crypto he/she uses on the daily basis and interact with a wallet. A good product for me is the one that I never need a reason to turn to support service. This time I had a lot of talks with support and was not always satisfied with a solutions they give. A good thing Trustee Wallet is pretty simple and mostly understandable in terms if usage. So you can find most features yourself even if the support never mentions about the features that can solve your problem. For sure, I will give it a look in future but for now using trustee wallet makes not much reason for me personally. I use better, cheaper and faster wallets.

Don’t get me wrong, I really really really like this wallet, but customer service has always been pretty bad and my most recent CSR was downright disrespectful by talking to me as if I was premature newborn with half a brain. They kept saying things like “Well if you knew anything about how crypto works” then would send me a like to an article. They told me to learn more about the numbers on the screen all because I asked a question using USD instead BTC.

Recently switched to Trustee as my wallet service and ran into some problems, but their team communicated with me anonymously through an app and updated the app within a few days of mentioning my problem. That right there tells you they care about their product and even if one person has a problem with their wallet, their whole team diligently works to fix it. They kept me updated through the whole process, and were very detailed in explaining things to me. They saved me money that if I used another wallet service, I would most likely of lost it. I can’t recommend this app enough, easy to use, updated regularly, passionate customer service that still keep things anonymous. 5/5 A+++

My xlm wont work and I keep getting the same lame excuse and solution to sync my date and time with the app which is stupid! It has no correlation… looks like trustee is not so trustee after all, I feel a rug pull coming
