Create sessions with Prep, Exercise, Timed Rest, EMOM, AMRAP, Loop, For Time, Ladder, Density Zone, and Myo-Reps blocks. Reorder blocks with drag and drop, preview the full session before you start, and keep the timer running in the background while you train.
TRACK TRAINING AND HEALTH IN ONE PLACE
Sync Apple Health data like heart rate, HRV, VO2 Max, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, sleep, steps, workouts, and active calories. See trends in clear charts alongside your workout history.
LOG BODY METRICS THAT MATTER
Track weight, body fat, muscle mass, body measurements, caliper readings, blood pressure, and bloodwork over time. untraind also calculates useful values like BMI, WHR, lean body mass, and Navy body fat.
PLAN AHEAD AND STAY CONSISTENT
Schedule workouts once, weekly, or on specific dates. Track PAI, personal stats, goals, and achievements to stay on top of your progress.
BUILT-IN TRAINING TOOLS
