UpfitTrack is the job tracker built for police and emergency-vehicle upfitting shops by a shop that does the work every day.

• Projects: one screen per vehicle, from check-in to completion, with phases for prep, setup, build and hand-off.
• Equipment: log every part with where it came from (shop purchased, customer supplied, or shop inventory) and whether it's new or reused. See at a glance what's shipped, received and installed.
• Wiring diagrams: place every device on a top, front, rear and side view of the vehicle, with call-outs that show the controller, output and wire color. Print them for the glovebox.

Vehicle replacements in the Vault
When a new vehicle takes over a unit number, the app now asks whether it's the same vehicle or a replacement, and keeps both records listed until you retire the old one.
Retire button
Retire a vehicle deliberately from its detail screen. Decommissions no longer imply retirement, so a car that moves from patrol to admin use stays in the Vault.
Every vehicle, one row
The Agency Units list shows each vehicle on its own row, including an outgoing car during a replacement.
Notes From Past Jobs
A vehicle's build notes and service notes, together in one place, right from the vehicle.
