👍💯❣️I was getting spam calls from exactly 9a-9p 7dw. As soon as I would block a spam calls, another, and then, another would ring me back up immediately. It was horrible. I couldn’t talk on my phone in peace ever without 1,2,3 spam call interruptions. Trying to take care of important business calls was irritated by so many unwanted spam calls. The 99% majority of my spammers still are M-Care 3rd party insurance agents blowing up my phone wanting to sell me a M-Care Adv plan. I already the insurance I need, but I don’t know why I’m on this hit list of unstoppable spam calls. I was just about to change my long time phone number under I found this Verizon Call Filter and it being 🆓 makes it even better. I’ve had no problems with this app, just a positive experience. My phone doesn’t literally ring every minute anymore. Only real callers and my Contacts List comes through. Thank you, Verizon Call Filter, for distressing my life by silencing all the spam calls. My blood pressure appreciates it❣️

This app is not to be trusted! It does none of what it says it is supposed to do and in fact it does the exact opposite and HELPS spammers contacts me! It has never once given me any information. ALL INFORMATION FROM THIS APP IS FAKE and suddenly I can’t even log in. Now how is it that I could download the app on my own and now within the app it’s basically pointless? There seems to be no contact information for anyone concerning this app. What I do think I will do is show my experiences on every social medial platform and also have all of my friends and family who are huge in the content creating field also showcase what has happened. I have clear and precise evidence of these things, as a matter of fact I have everything. All the way down to the illegal acts as well. I at least will show you grace and not blast you on here and instead wait to go public or find one of the publications that write on Verizon and also Apple’s MANY shortcomings and HUGE SECURITY BREACHES ALONG WITH BROKEN PROMISES OF KEEPING OUR PERSONAL LIVES DATA SAFE. The only thing you’ve managed to successfully keep safe together I’d say would be the two of y’all’s savings accounts and your mouths closed when you know there is something wrong and instead wait until it hits the fan and you must tell. And that is sad!!!!

The app quit working and started blocking all calls. There’s no way to see this is happening because it doesn’t tell you when it’s blocked calls and the calls don’t show up in recent cal history. I only figured it out after someone called my home phone to ask why I didn’t answer my iPhone. At that point, after troubleshooting, I realized I wasn’t receiving any calls at all on my iPhone, but to the person calling, it rings like normal and then goes to voicemail. In troubleshooting that issue, I tried to turn off spam filtering and it wouldn’t turn off. That allowed me to realize it’s probably what was causing the issue so I uninstalled it and bingo. I started receiving calls again. I reinstalled it a few days later and it worked for about a week before it started blocking all calls again! I’ve uninstalled it for good now. In addition, you can’t block #’s with the app. Verizon requires you to pay a monthly fee to block more than a small amount of #’s (I think it’s 10). It’s unethical to charge consumers to stop unwanted calls because it shows you have no incentive to help fix the issue of spam calls since you’re using them to make money. How long before Verizon starts helping spammers so the problem becomes some bad all Verizon customers are forced to sign up for their blocking service?

An update! This app, after missing most spam/telemarketers/robocalls, for a year of “use” finally started blocking calls! Yes, it blocked calls, in fact, it BLOCKED ALL CALLS, including my friends and even my sister! I started getting texts asking me what was wrong with my phone, did I know it was saying I wasn’t available or some such nonsense... Finally logged onto Verizon acct, checked the Call Filter report, sure enough, it listed several recent calls which it had faithfully blocked: calls from friends and family, and there was no option to unblock them either! So I went back to my phone settings and unchecked the option for blocking calls via call filter, and also deleted the app. Really, Verizon, is this the best you can do?Every morning I get at least one unknown call, a number I don’t know, always around 9:00 to 9:30, they never leave a message and good old “reliable” call filter NEVER blocks them! So I launch call filter, the stupid thing says it’s checking my subscription—WTF? Too bad it doesn’t devote more energy to ACTUALLY WORKING! Then I add the annoying number into the CF “personal” block list, what for, I don’t know. This app is a waste of time! Verizon obviously doesn’t have a clue as to whether a call is reliable or whether it’s spam!
