With Virta’s EV charging mobile service, you can view and adjust the charging event remotely. Charge with a same account at all Virta’s charging points – at home, work and on the move. Just plug in your car - we’ll do the rest.

In addition to our charging network, users can charge with Virta account all over Europe through our roaming partners! Our 24/7 help desk is available in several languages – and counting.
To charge with Virta app, you have to be a registered user. Register at register.virta.global
The service is prepaid and bills you automatically based on prices at each charging station. During registration, you will pay €30 to be added your account.

What’s New
Version 3.5.0
In this release we are bringing receipts into our app. User can search and view the receipts in the app and share them e.g. via email. In addition to this we have made other minor improvements and bug fixes to enhance the user experience of Virta app.

App charged me 20 euros for nothing
I just registered on the app and they charged me immediately 20 euros. I didnt use any of their services. I didnt charge my car, I didnt do anything. This is borderline fraud, i am reporting it to Apple.
Update: Thanks for the reply, but I emailed you on the email address a few days ago and nobody answered me, so please dont tell me here as a reply on the review that I can contact you on that email. And also, it never stated that is a prepaid credit that goes with the registration.

Thank you for your feedback,We have a prepaid payment model in which your card will be charged 20 euros upon registration. This money goes directly to your account's balance. If you have any further questions please contact support@virta.fi
