VNAmate is used to graphically display the measurement results of a vector network analyzer (VNA).
Files in S1P or S2P Touchstone format can be imported, or supported devices can be read directly. The following devices were successfully tested:
• NanoVNA-F V2 4.3" from Sysjoint, firmware v0.6.0.
• NanoVNA-F 4.3" from DEEPELEC, firmware 1.0.5 by BH5HNU
• NanoVNA-H 2.8" firmware 0.4.5-4
• FA-VA 5 & FA-VA 6 from the German Ham magazine Funkamateur
Data is presented in three different formats:
• Table with all relevant data
• Smith chart
• Graphical for:
⁃ SWR
⁃ Gain S21
⁃ Phase S11
⁃ Phase S21
The evaluated or measured data can be exported:
• As text in CSV, S1P, or S2P file format
• As a graphic of the diagrams in PDF file format
VNAmate offers the calculation of necessary matching networks for L, Pi, or T configurations.
A simple Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) completes the range of functions.
