WaySense is a safe driving app that provides real-time coaching and accountability for new teen drivers.
Packaged in a user-friendly interface, WaySense creates transparency between parents and teens, providing context and concrete examples (video evidence!) for ongoing conversations on safe driving.
What makes WaySense different?

Teen drivers are the riskiest group out on the road. Obviously. HOWEVER, research conducted by the University of Iowa suggests that in-vehicle technology providing real-time feedback and recording video of incidents (sounds like WaySense...) can reduce driving errors and unsafe behaviors by 65%! Teens using that technology whose parents also regularly talked with them about their driving in a structured format reduced their incidents by 80%!
In partnership with parents, WaySense strives to help teens develop good driving habits when they hit the road on their own.
