Web Reader is your virtual productivity partner that was created to fill the need to have material on the internet read out to you, so that you can do more with your time. If you prefer reading it yourself, you have the choice between multiple speed reading tools to increase your reading speed.
Here are some of the features of the app
Offline Playlist
+ Add items to a playlist for continuous playback or read them instantly from an in-built web browser

2) This app does not use cellular/wifi data for audio playback once an item text has been downloaded. It uses a customized version of Apple's text-to-speech software that is part of the device's operating system.
