Where? is a free map and navigation app with offline topographic maps for all of Norway.
Choose between topographic maps from Kartverket, OpenTopoMap, OpenStreetMap and orienteering maps from MapAnt. Add hiking trail overlays from Waymarked Trails, avalanche zones from NVE or county borders.
Download maps for the areas you need and use the app with no network coverage.
Log your trip with GPS in the background. Import and export GPX files.
Measure distances with the ruler, search for places, and use the crosshair to read elevation, slope and coordinates from the map.
Save markers on the map with a name, description and colour. Share your position in real time with friends and family via a web link.
The app was built as a modern replacement for Kartverket's Hvor? app. Completely free, no ads, no account required.
