Useful tickets, hopeless timetable

Greatly appreciate being able to purchase tickets in the app and use them on the bus.The timetable on the app, website, and even the up-to-date signage at bus stops, however, is hopeless: I have countless times arrived at the bus stop for a bus that never appeared, and just now got off a bus that did not run to its final stop (the ‘last stop’ was a full mile away from that on all the signs, and there was no warning that it would not run to the end of the line). This wouldn’t be a problem if that is the plan and passengers could know this through website, app, and signage. It would be immensely helpful to have accurate information available so we can use the bus service and still make essential appointments. Otherwise, the only reliable option is a cab.
