Fill in the order number and date, the customer's details and the job description, add labor and parts lines, set a tax rate if you charge one, and tap Make Work Order PDF.
• CUSTOMER AND JOB — customer name, phone, email and address, plus a job description and notes. Add your business name and contact details at the top if you like.
• LABOR AND PARTS LINES — each line has a description, quantity or hours, and a rate or price; the amount is calculated for you. Up to 60 lines, continued onto extra pages when needed.
• TOTALS DONE FOR YOU — labor subtotal, parts subtotal, optional tax and a bold total.
• SIGNATURE LINES — spaces for the customer's and the technician's signature, each with a date line.
• PRINT, SHARE OR SAVE — print on the spot, share the PDF, or save it to Files.
Honest scope: Workly makes one work order at a time on US Letter pages; it doesn't keep a customer list, track payments or add a logo. Amounts are shown in your own currency, and decimal commas like 12,50 are read correctly. Signatures are signed by hand on the printed copy.
