Worktivity is a time tracking tool for teams. This app is the mobile side of it: you start your shift, pick what you are working on, and hand in the requests your manager needs to approve.
ONE TAP TO START
Tap start and put your phone away. Your time keeps being recorded on the server, so closing the app or losing signal does not stop the clock. When you open the app again, the counter shows where your day actually stands, not zero.
NO TRACKING ON YOUR PHONE
This app records time, nothing else. It takes no screenshots, logs no apps or websites, and reads no location. Activity tracking exists only in the desktop agent, and even there it is something your organization turns on.
EVERY MINUTE HAS AN OWNER
Pick a task or a work note before you start, and every recorded minute lands on the right project. Change it mid-shift and only the minutes from that point on move; what is already written stays as it was.
TIME ENTRIES AND LEAVE
Forgot to clock in? Add the missing hours by hand with a reason, and it goes to your manager for approval. Request leave the same way and watch your balance update as it is approved. If you manage a team, both kinds of request land in your approval inbox and one tap decides them.
BREAKS THAT COUNT CORRECTLY
Start a break and the clock stops counting work. Nothing is guessed: your break minutes are recorded separately and your daily total reflects them.
THREE LANGUAGES
English, Turkish and German. The app follows your phone's language on first launch and you can change it any time.
WHAT YOU NEED
A Worktivity account from your employer. The app does not create organizations; you sign in with the account you were invited to.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
Signing up now works properly. Creating an account reaches the server, and the next step asks for your organization name.
You can delete your account from Settings, and everything in it goes with it.
Names in task comments: a mention used to read "Unknown user" in some comments. Fixed.
The tab bar no longer sits on top of the home indicator.
