Squad turns the people you already trust into an on-call team you can reach in seconds. Instead of texting helpers one by one and waiting on replies, you post the job once to your whole Squad. Everyone in your Squad sees it instantly by getting a push notification on their phones. The first person to accept the job is hired and the job then disappears from everyone else's list. No group-text chaos, no chasing people down, WHAT YOU CAN POST • Babysitting • Rides for your kids to and from activities (drop-off or pickup) • Walking or letting out the dog • Errands • Household chores (house cleaning, watering plants, collecting the mail or packages) Set the details and the price you're offering, and your helpers get an instant notification the moment it's posted — so jobs get accepted fast. BUILT AROUND THE PEOPLE YOU TRUST You build your own Squad from helpers you already know — neighbors, local high school and college students, trusted sitters. Helpers can belong to more than one family's Squad, so a whole neighborhood can share a reliable bench of people. A SIMPLE VIEW FOR YOUR KIDS A clean, read-only view lets your child see who's picking them up today — their helper's name, photo, and the car they're driving — so everyone knows exactly what to expect. This is the only functionality for the kid app and a parent must create the username and passcode for the child to log in. KEEP TRACK See each helper's history at a glance: jobs completed, cancelled and total earnings as a Squad member. HOW PAYMENT WORKS Squad handles the job matching, not the money. The Squad app does not have a payment feature. You and your helper settle up directly using whatever you already use — Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, or cash. When a job's done, paying is just a tap away by routing to the payment platform of choice. Post a job. Someone accepts. Done.
