「智情緒．智深情」為一款綜合認識情緒管理的遊戲程式。整個遊戲程式發展分為三個階段，每個階段會設計出一款符合該階段主題的手機應用程式，以完善整套程式發展。這三款手機應用程式的設計參考了認知行為治療模式的內容，希望遊戲使用者可以學習「情緒」、「行為」及「想法」的關係。長遠明白了解自身的思想陷阱如何影響自己的情緒及行為，學習如何調適自己的想法，達致有效的情緒管理。
此遊戲程式為第一階段。目的為協助服務使用者透過遊戲了解及強化其對情緒與其相應行為表現的關聯的認識。
