Archive is a purely local collection management tool designed for collectors. It focuses on recording detailed information about collectibles such as figurines, models, trendy toys, and decorative items, helping you clearly manage each beloved item, eliminating clutter, and preserving cherished memories. **Manually enter item names, categories, brands, series, and purchase information.** Supports taking photos or uploading multiple detailed pictures, and allows for custom item numbering. Each item has its own unique file, and information can be viewed, modified, and deleted at any time. **Precise Status Marking** Supports five status markers: In Stock, In Transit, Under Repair, Displayed, and Stored. Cards and details pages are displayed synchronously, allowing you to clearly see the current status of your items at a glance, eliminating the need for tedious memorization. **Flexible Categorization and Filtering** Filter by preset categories or custom tags. Supports sorting by purchase date, item name, and addition time, allowing you to quickly find your target items and manage them more efficiently. **Dual View Display** The card view (default) clearly displays the appearance of the items, while the list view intuitively presents core information. Long-pressing a card allows for quick editing, deletion, or sharing, making operation more convenient. Thoughtful Memos and Reminders Plain text notes record your unboxing experience, accessories list, and maintenance instructions. Manually set reminders for top-up payments; local push notifications ensure you never miss a payment deadline. Secure Local Storage All collection information and photos are stored locally on your device. There is no cloud synchronization, no data upload, and no collection of private information. Data backup and recovery are supported to protect your collection's data security. Compliant and Convenient Sharing Use the built-in system functions to share basic information about your collection, such as name, category, photo, and status, with family or fellow enthusiasts. No social interaction is required; it's purely about sharing the joy of collecting. Archive ensures every item is properly recorded, adding a sense of ritual to collecting.
