Changes included in this update:

# More flexible navigation

Contextable has been updated to use the latest released navigation APIs, and consequently, you can now edit your cards and contexts right from the player screen when reviewing your cards. Perfect for adding more context to a card after you got it wrong!

# Redesigned deck interface

The deck interface has been completely rebuilt, with new animations to jump in and out of review. Decks can now be edited after their creation.

# Review back-to-front

A new deck-specific option has been added to review cards front-to-back (default), back-to-front, or both ways at once.

# Misc

Lots of bug fixes and design tweaks :)
