This release marks a significant transition from the Xamarin platform to the React Native platform, enhancing app performance and ensuring a more seamless user experience. It also introduces a new dispatcher experience to empower dispatchers to monitor and update their drivers' loads directly from the app. We've improved the user experience across multiple areas, including load milestones, account setup, finding new loads, bidding on loads, and working with multi-stop loads. New features like digital counter offers and the ability to save preferred lanes further enhance productivity. Additionally, the app now reflects the latest Echo branding for consistency across platforms.
New Features and Enhancements

Dispatcher Experience:
- A new experience that allows dispatchers to monitor drivers' loads and update load statuses in real-time.
Multistop Load Functionality:
- Users can view all stops for multistop loads and easily update status and milestones across stops.
Updated Lane Alerts to Preferred Lanes:
- The current Lane Alerts feature has been updated to Preferred Lanes to provide a consolidated user experience between the web and mobile platforms
Digital Counter Offers:
- Users can submit load bids and receive automated digital counter offers directly within the mobile platform, streamlining the negotiation process.
App Rebranding:
- The mobile app has been refreshed to align with the latest EchoDrive branding, ensuring consistency with other Echo platforms.

Additional Improvements
Introduction of MFA:
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) has been implemented to enhance account security.
Find Loads up to 7 Days in Advance:
- Users can now search for loads available up to 7 days in the future.
Unified Login Across Web and Mobile:
- Carrier Admins and Dispatchers can now use the same credentials to log in to both the web and mobile platforms.
Email Now Required for All EchoDrive Accounts:
- Users must now provide a valid email address during account setup to ensure better communication and account recovery options.
User Experience Enhancements:
- Load Milestones: Improved workflow for updating key load milestones.
- Account Setup: Simplified onboarding experience for new users.
- Finding New Loads: Enhanced search functionality for locating and filtering available loads.
- Bidding on Loads: Streamlined bid submission process to reduce friction.
