FitZap is the fitness app for people who want a personal trainer in their pocket and trainers who want their entire business in one place.
For everyday users, FitZap creates personalised workout plans, builds custom meal plans, and tracks every rep, set, calorie, and step. The built in AI coach watches your progress, suggests the next workout, swaps foods you do not like, and adjusts your targets as you go.
For personal trainers, FitZap replaces spreadsheets, group chats, and three other apps. Build a client roster, design programs, send nutrition plans, schedule check ins, run video sessions, and brand the entire app with your own colours and logo.
