Unrot: Earn Your Scroll
Do the thing. Then scroll.
Unrot makes you earn your screen time.
Walk. Read. Lift. Clean your room. Do the dishes you’ve been ignoring since Tuesday.
* Real life earns coins.
* Coins unlock TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, games, or any apps you choose.
No coins? The apps stay locked.
You don’t have to delete your favorite apps. You don’t have to pretend you’ll never scroll again.
Just one rule:
Do something first. Then scroll.
Why blocking doesn’t last
Other apps say “stop.”
But stopping isn’t the whole point. Getting your life back is.
And blocking doesn’t last anyway. Your phone is right there. One tap, and you’re back.
Unrot gives you a trade instead
- A walk for TikTok
- A study session for YouTube
- A clean room for Instagram
- A workout for whatever app keeps stealing your night
Now your phone comes after the thing you said you’d do.
What changes:
- When you’re with friends, you’re with them.
- When you work, you work.
- When you study, you study.
- When you scroll, you scroll.
No more half-here, half-in-your-phone.
Your buddy
A cute little guy that lives in the app.
It grows when you do stuff.
It loses energy when you scroll too much.
How it works
1. Pick a habit
2. Start a timer or snap a photo when you’re done
3. Earn coins
4. Use coins to open your apps
What’s inside
