La app no me muestra la caridad de beneficios utilizados ni los pendientes. Ya desinstale y reinstale la app tres veces
Abril 5. Todo sigue igual. Sumado a que mande mail donde me solicitaron y nunca me respondieron. Dicen que en menos de 24 horas. Ya paso una semana

Horrible experiencia
Por la hora que entramos al salón vip nos dijeron que no había nada que recién a las 4:30 de la mañana saldría el desayuno por lo que nos asentamos a descansar, no había nada para comer
Luego recibimos un cargo de 128 dólares en la tarjeta Mastercard, nos habian informado al ingreso que los niños menores no pagaban y aun así cobraron por los 2 niños
Al otro día en aeropuerto de Los Ángeles no había salón vip y el mapa nos mostraba un drugstore
Consultamos y era el lugar
Nos dieron un snack
No había lugar para descansar era un drugstore
Por eso también nos debitaron 128 dólares en Mastercard
Arruinaron nuestro viaje y nuestro economia
