Visa Cardholders with an eligible Visa Card issued in Latin America & Caribbean and Canada can enjoy a VIP airport experience with the Visa Airport Companion App.
The App provides eligible Cardholders with access to more than 1,200 lounges worldwide. Plus, take advantage of exclusive airport benefits including discounts and offers on airport dining and retail.
Once you have completed a quick and easy enrollment with your eligible Visa Card, you will be able to:
- Access airport benefits available as part of the Visa Airport Companion Program.
- Manage your memberships – if you have more than one eligible Visa Card, you can manage all your memberships within your account.
- View your lounge entitlements (if applicable) and your usage history.
For eligible Cardholders with a Visa Card issued in Latin America & Caribbean, the App will be available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
For eligible Cardholders with a Visa Card issued in Canada, the App will be available in English and French.

Error al restablecer contraseña
Estoy tratando de restablecer la contraseña de mi cuenta pero nunca me manda el Mail para hacerlo.

Asegúrese de que la dirección de correo electrónico que ingresa para iniciar sesión/restablecer contraseña sea correcta según el correo electrónico que utilizó para registrarse en la aplicación y sin espacios antes o después. También revise todas las carpetas de su bandeja de entrada para ver el correo electrónico con el código de verificación. Problemas para verificar tarjeta
Me pide volver a verificar la tarjeta y me dice que no es válida (siendo que es una tarjeta elegible, y no venció!!!).
No se que mas hacer.
No me permite volver a crear la membresia ni me acepta la tarjeta

Pésima aplicación y pésimo servicio
Intento registrar mi tarjeta y figura como ya registrada
No hay forma de comunicarte con nadie
La aplicación se cierra, no cambia las membresías
