Nâng cao sự an toàn cho người dùng khi giao dịch trực tuyến, MSB áp dụng phương thức xác thực sinh trắc học đối với giao dịch chuyển tiền trên 10 triệu đồng/lần hoặc tổng số tiền các giao dịch trong ngày trên 20 triệu đồng và giao dịch thanh toán trên 100 triệu đồng.
