- You can organize your teams or departments around “groups”, and categorize your chatgroup discussions using “topics”.
- You can schedule or start audio and video meetings with colleagues or with external contacts. Meetings can be recorded, too.
You can conduct unified communications searches and forward them to colleagues or workgroups. These searches can include the results of call or meeting notes, files, messages and even emails (requires connection to your email account)
