As the original google authenticator is very bad (no sorting, no filtering, only on mobile,...) I was looking for different solutions and tested several. This app really works well and is practical even for holding many, many keys.

Authenticator is absolutely free, however, the free version is limited to 2 accounts without synchronization and backup. You can purchase Authenticator premium for 9,99$/year, with Authenticator premium you can add unlimited accounts, securely back up your data, and restore it in case you lose your device or switch to a new one. You can also, synchronize your account between all the Apple devices including Apple Watch. You can be sure that Authenticator by 2Stable is focused on values and not on maximizing profit. We decide to go with a subscription model because it helps us to continue working and improving our product. It's not a project that we developed and leave there in App Store. Also, the users have a guarantee that the app will get maintenance and there always will be a response from the support team if something goes wrong.Thank you for your comprehension.

I love this App very much, but would be really nice if this app also existed on other platforms (like Windows) or as Browser Extensions (like Chrome or Firefox).
Meet version 4 - a complete rewrite under the hood, packed with new features to boost your productivity.
- Added "Groups", a new way to organize or share your codes.
- Added support for Credential Exchange Format (CXF), you can now easily import any 2FA accounts from other apps.
- Added the ability to rename your Vaults.
- Fixed a lot of small and annoying bugs.
- Removed "Share Extension", you can long press on a QR code to import instead.
