Meine Kritik bezieht sich ausschließlich auf die App, da Bigin selbst im Browser sehr gut funktioniert. Aber die App ist instabil und hat massive Performance-Probleme beim Suchen von Daten, beim Versenden von Nachrichten. Auch das Design ist grenzwertig, da es den vorhandenen Platz nicht optimal nutzt. Eine designoptimierte Anwendung sieht für mich anders aus. Schade, ich hätte sie gern genutzt, aber in diesem Zustand muss ich sie wieder deinstallieren.
