The Functional Movement Exercise Test
The FMT movement ability test, which is essential for Pilates & PT instructors, is to professionally measure, evaluate, and analyze the functional movement ability that precedes exercise prescription.
It is a basic test required to design an optimal corrective exercise program by evaluating exercise control ability.
Predicting and preventing injuries in advance is a prerequisite for safe and systematic training.
By measurement, not guessing! Show the difference between an expert and an amateur.
* Functional movement ability evaluation for 8 movements of the whole body
* A simple test method that is possible with only a mobile phone without a temporary test strip
* Analysis of movement ability evaluation such as mobility, stability, movement control, pain, and imbalance
*Based on the test results, optimally tailored corrective exercise program design for each purpose (100 types of corrective exercise video provided)
*All exercise test result data saved and shared as a one-page report

Your subscription will renew automatically if you do not turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription.
Your account will be renewed within 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period. Automatic renewal is priced at the same price as the original subscription cost.
