GIRA. Bicicletas de Lisboa é uma nova alternativa de mobilidade da cidade.
Esta é a App para a utilização do serviço de bicicletas partilhadas de Lisboa.
Como funciona?
Usa a App para encontrar a estação mais próxima de ti e escolheres uma bicicleta.
A App é georreferenciada e baseada num mapa que identifica as estações onde podes iniciar ou terminar a viagem.
Quando chegas à estação, a App sugere a bicicleta ideal para a tua viagem.
Pedala à vontade. Aqui, ali e acolá.
Principais funcionalidades da App:
Registo do utilizador.
Informação sobre a localização das estações e disponibilidade de bicicletas.
Desbloqueio da bicicleta.
Avaliação da experiência da viagem.

Nota importante:
Se já tens conta ePark entra na App “GIRA. Bicicletas de Lisboa” com o mesmo login que o da App ePark. A conta de utilizador e a carteira são partilhadas entre os serviços GIRA e ePark.

This app crashes all the time making this service unusable
Horrible App & Customer Service
App: If you want to use the bikes - don’t. Way more complicated than Bolt or Uber, lots of technical issues (says account exists already, states i am a minor despite correct birth date etc), horrible customer service.
Customer service: Phone and mail attendance horrible waiting times or no response at all, claims your problem will be dealt with but that you are in line and your issue isn’t urgent (when it actually is), doesn’t get back to client for a month
