Extremely bad styling advice

Such a waste of money. It got everything about me wrong and put me in horrible beige shapeless clothes my granny would refuse to wear. Not at all suitable for the winter color season and theatrical dramatic.

We're sorry the recommendations missed the mark so completely — that's not the experience we want you to have. Please reach out to us at customer.care@lumi-app.co with what happened, and we'll do our best to make it right.

Dear Valued Customer! Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback, and we're truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with the Lumi app. It’s important to us that users feel heard and respected, and we regret that this wasn’t your experience. Our goal is to combine stylist expertise with technology to offer personal recommendations, and it’s clear that in your case, we missed the mark. Your comments about the style mismatch, budget oversight, and app instability are deeply concerning and have been passed on to both our product and support teams for immediate review. We also understand your frustration with the content and the technical glitches you described, and we’re currently investigating the issue that caused the excessive outfit load and app crashes. We’d love to make this right. Our customer care team is available at customer.care@lumi.place and is happy to assist further, including exploring a refund or alternate solution. Thank you again for your honest input—it helps us improve.
