Ich verwende JumpDesktop intensiv um mit meinem Entwicklungsrechner zu kommunizieren. An sich funktioniert es Fehlerfrei von Mac und iOS aus, aber ca 1x am tag muss ich das Remote verwaltete System neu starten, da JD nicht mehr antwortet.

Cool wäre, wenn man während Remotesitzunngen offen sind auch das Icon anklicken könnte ohne direkt in die Sitzung zu wechseln. Eine weitere Sitzung zu starten wenn bereits eine geöffnet ist und das initale Jump-Fenster geschlossen wurde funktioniert nur via rechter Maustaste und Auswahl des Servers. Suboptimal, einfacher wäre wenn bei einem Klick auf das Icon statt dem Wechsel in die bereits offene Sitzung einfach wieder die App am Desktop öffnen würde.

Einmal installiert funktioniert das Programm erstklassig, aber das Aufsetzen der beteiligten Rechner ist etwas umständlich, jedenfalls beim ersten Mal. Audio- und Videoübertragungen sind möglich, Audio meist problemlos, Video nur ordentlich im LAN, und auch dann nur, wenn die Netzwerktechnik nicht zu alt ist. Ich jedenfalls bin sehr zufrieden, und wenn Apple auch noch einen editierenden Zugriff auf iPad und iPhone zuließe, dann direkt vollkommen.

IMPROVEMENTS AND FIXES
• In Fluid sessions, the macOS shortcut for switching input sources, such as Control+Space, switches the input source on your Mac instead of being sent to the host. When the shortcut is turned off in macOS, the keys are
sent to the host as before.
• Wake-on-LAN sends fewer wake packets when you connect to a host.
• Fixed automatic reconnects waking a host you had put to sleep or shut down.
• Fixed crashes when quitting Jump Desktop.
• Fixed Jump Desktop crashing every time it opened when a saved computer had no name.
• Fixed one notch of the mouse wheel scrolling or zooming too far on Mac hosts, for example zooming a video editing timeline all the way in with Option and the scroll wheel.
• Fixed applying a saved preset again, or switching to another preset with the same number of virtual displays, leaving the session windows where they were instead of in the saved arrangement.
• Fixed USB redirection not working for certain USB devices, such as color grading control panels.
• Fixed RDP sessions ignoring a custom resolution and using the window size instead.
• Fixed RDP sessions in full screen on all displays swapping displays arranged one above the other on the host, which put the Windows taskbar on the wrong display.
• Fixed the Eisu and Kana keys on Japanese keyboards having no effect in Fluid sessions.
