It was my first journey with Qatar airline and I really liked every thing which is important to enjoy travelling! To me the best airline I have ever travelled with!
Disappointing
Reviloland
The app is very slow and cumbersome to log in, as you need a TAN each time, in addition to biometrics. You cannot access your boarding pass in the app, which would be one of the most useful features!Buying additional luggage in the app is not possible either, as the button is always inactive. This resulted in me having to pay a huge fee at the airport, where it was way more expensive.
Sehr schlechte App
Traveller_Bilal
Your peace of mind matters to us. We've introduced enhanced protection features to help keep your account safe and make verification easier. So you can expect a smooth and secure experience every time you use the app.
We love hearing what you think about our app. Drop us a note at mobilepod@qatarairways.com.qa
