Bus Tours aren’t correct
Butterkeks^-^
The app is good for looking for the next bus and where your location is, because the showed routes aren’t correct. That is a problem if you want to plan your day or plan to hopp off on a certain stop. Also the recorded commentary doesn’t always align with the route or stops mid sentence because of that…
Entwickler-Antwort
Hi Butterkeks^-^, thanks for your feedback. We understand how important accurate route information is for planning your day. Due to occasional road closures and traffic conditions, some routes may be adjusted, but we always aim to keep our app as up-to-date as possible. We also have a Service Information section in the app with the latest updates on route changes. If you have any specific concerns, feel free to reach out at https://www.bigbustours.com/contact-us. - Big Bus Tours
