Plan your floor before the first cut.
FloorMark turns your room and material dimensions into a floor layout, measured cut pieces and quantities to check before ordering. Plan plank flooring or tiles, include skirting, and export a PDF or CSV.
CHECK THE LAYOUT
Start with a room shape or draw an outline. Plan L- and U-shaped rooms, angled and curved walls, round and oval columns, and door openings with threshold depth on straight walls. Enter dimensions in millimetres. Adjust direction, perimeter gaps, tile grout and layout origin. Choose aligned, half-stagger, third-stagger, random stagger, herringbone or chevron layouts.
INSPECT THE CUTS
Select a numbered piece to see its outline, side measurements and point offsets. Review full pieces, cut pieces, source material, reserve and whole boxes to buy.
INCLUDE SKIRTING AND SUPPLIES
Plan separate skirting bars for flooring, or skirting strips from your selected tile material. Include enabled tile skirting in purchase quantities. Estimate grout and adhesive using your product rates, joint settings, pack sizes and allowance.
PREVIEW AND EXPORT
Compare floor finishes and wall colours in a finished-room view. Keep separate rooms on your device, export PDF plans and CSV cut lists, or save a preview image. Export and import room backups.
ONE PURCHASE
The complete app is included. No subscription or in-app purchases. Planning works offline and no account is required.
BEFORE YOU BUY
Available in English and Romanian. Dimensions use millimetres and areas use square metres; feet and inches are not supported. FloorMark plans floors, not complete bathroom wall layouts. It does not measure your room with the camera.
Results depend on your measurements, material specifications and settings. Check cuts and quantities against the actual room and your product's fitting instructions before ordering or cutting. Curved outlines are approximated in cut drawings. Check corner fitting allowances manually against the actual installation.
