Besides that in the pencil thing this app is a must have!

The app could be the perfect creative workhorse if you would fix the pencil issues. Otherwise top!
great, but Apple Pencil laggy
Milanote would be the best notes app, but using the Apple Pencil on the iPad is unfortunately limited because is severely laggy. I.e. if you do not write in one through and put down between the letters, then the character field reacts strongly delayed! Please update this.
