Refocus is an app blocker & website blocker that helps you limit screen time on apps! Refocus is easy to use, yet has powerful features: ▶ Various ways to restrict or lock apps & block websites. Choose what helps you focus! Block ANY app or site (ex. YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Reddit, X [Twitter], Messenger, Discord, WhatsApp and more). ▶ "Strict Mode" feature prevents you from unblocking. Set a passcode, or use an NFC tag, or wait a duration (ex. 30 seconds), or do a copy text challenge, or utilize Pomodoro (limit unblocking to 5 times per day, for 25 minutes each, with a 5-minute cooldown between each unblock). ▶ Block for a specific duration (ex. app timer for 30 minutes). ▶ Block at specific times (ex. every weekday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). ▶ Set app limits (ex. after 10 minutes of using Instagram, block it). Hab meine Handyzeit stark gesenkt und kann auch jegliche Website einschränken währe aber cool wenn man nur bestimmte Apps freischalten und nicht alle die man ausgewählt hat

Sehr viele individuelle Möglichkeiten seine Bildschirmzeit einzuschränken! Eine der besten Apps in diese Richtung die ich bisher benutzt habe.2 Sterne Abzug für folgendes:- etwas unübersichtlich wenn man viele Blocking lists und time limits hat, könnte sicher optisch besser gestaltet sein, vielleicht indem man time limits und blocking lists farbig trennt oder ein zuklappbares Menü macht- die App ist nur für EIN Gerät nutzbar. Ich habe ein Tablet dass ich auch gerne mit anderen Timelimits und blocking lists eingeschränkt hätte. Ich war überzeugt davon dass es mit Refocus möglich ist mehrerer Geräte unterschiedlich einzuschränken…ist es aber nicht. Riesengroße Enttäuschung.Fazit: so nah (an Perfektion) und doch so fern
