Not able to login - Please fix this ASAP
I am a regular user of the RedNote and today I had to re-login to the app and when I opened the app it asked me to put in my birthday year and month first. So I did. However, I wasn’t able to press the “Next” button because I’m using an iPhone SE so I have a smaller screen. There wasn’t a “done” key on the on-screen keyboard either so basically I’m stuck there and cannot re-logging in to my account. Please fix this problem as soon as possible. Thank you very much.
great but….
I love this app it’s amazing but I would suggest adding subtitles or full english/other language translations because I absolutely LOVE the app and how great the content is by creators but I cannot understand anything simply because I do not speak or read anything other than english. I think the app’s appeal to people globally will increase if features like clear translations/subtitles for any pieces of text for example video subtitles, comment translations, caption translations, etc. (what I’m trying to say is any sort of text that could be translated to other languages would be a HUGE game changer for those who don’t know mandarin! <3

The app says 12+ and I turned 12, meaning I am the age requirements cause it’s 12+ meaning you need to be 12 or older. And when i put it in it said “sorry you don’t meet the age requirements” and I really wanna use rednote! I got it cause I wanted to check out the art tuts on there! Can you please help me in any way? I really wanna improve my art and I can’t use the app in any way now :(
