Love the videos! Really good for running exercises at all stages

This app has been amazing to use as a seasoned runner who’s just gone through a hamstring tear a few weeks back. Going through the recent experience made me motivated to increase my core strength, which lead me to me researching which apps were great for videos for runners and came across 10W2S. Been really happy so far and there a many videos you can watch and progress with as you improve.

Incredible App!!!

I love the 10W2S app. It’s extremely informative and perfect for beginners (all the way up to advanced runners). The exercises are explained so well and all come from an expert physio. Best part of all is that the sessions are only four exercises each which makes it a great add on to my running schedule. Highly recommend.
