A game changer!
I downloaded the MetLife 360 health virtual care app earlier this year as part of my employee benefits package. I utilised the Virtual care mental health assist services and was blown away by the efficient and caring services received throughout all steps in the process. The initial call was received within 24hrs of lodging an query/request for contact through the app. I was then booked in for a triage call within 3 days from the initial call and then with a specialist within 7 days. The turn around time was incredible. I was able to receive a diagnosis and begin treatment 3 weeks after making my initial contact. This time frame is unheard of within the mental health industry. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
Real life app
I have used hundreds of apps from App Store. Among hundreds of apps, this is an app that can change someone’s whole health perspective including their family members. I’m very protective of my family specially when I’ve got two young kids, we know how hard it is to get an appointment with specialist/consultant, however, with this app can get that an expert opinion without even bothering for a physical consultation. This is an awesome app. highly recommended for MetLife employees including the families.
