Description

Moving Mindz is a program for organisations where participants compete in teams virtually by tracking their activity and interacting socially in mini challenges.

The My Moving Mindz app is the latest version of the Moving Mindz app for 2022 and lets you easily track your steps and activity while on the go via your phone, which will contribute to your team's score for the program, as well as get easy access to the online program. It also works with Moving Mindz Multi-company programs, which allow you to compete in events with more than one organisation if you choose to.

To make things easier, Moving Mindz can be synced with your Apple Health Kit profile via the in-app Activity Tracker. This will allow the Moving Mindz app to automatically fetch your Apple Health 'step' data and enter it into your Activity Tracker for you.
