The ACT Digital Account is transforming the way you can communicate and transact with the ACT Government. It offers easy navigation and more convenient access to a growing number of ACT Government services using a single account, that you can personalise by selecting services relevant to your interests and needs.
Some services require a greater level of identity assurance. The digital identity function in the ACT Digital Account is integrated with the Australian Government Document Verification Service for real time document verification. This enables us to provide more services to you digitally as an alternative to face-to-face or over the phone.
