I like that you can pay your rent through the platform and also it makes it all so easy as can do everything from move home, to booking a clean or connecting all your services like electricity, gas and broadband
Minor bug fixes? The app is broken.
The app makes things extremely difficult to see contracts and doesn’t provide any useful support. You do not need this app as a tenant. When I signed a new rental agreement the app would then numerous notifications every day suggesting I use it to set up utilities despite already having utility accounts. This did not stop until I complained. Now the app is completely broken and impossible to log in. Whenever I open it the app refreshes saying I’ve logged out with no ability to stop this and actually log in.
If your agent wants you to use this. Refuse.
Making my life easy!
Sorted is such an easy way to get everything in my home setup, and I’m loving the new app update!
