Used to be a quick and easy login to check my wallet balance. Now that takes 3 or 4 clicks and is very cumbersome. Have to scroll past long list of employers I haven’t worked for for a thousand years - no way to delete these? As other have mentioned I don’t need to see my FBT cap. I just need to see the balance on my card when I’m at a cash register trying to pay for something… 🤯

So many things in this app don’t work properly. I have a novated lease and salary packaging and the information is never 100% accurate. When you make a claim for a service through the app which it allows you to do you then get a claim form email to that you have to fill out manually. What is the point of having a claim button in an app if it doesn’t work? I recently made a claim for something and was told I hadn’t received the claim despite the fact that the app had taken the claim. I had received a confirmation email. I also get a constant error message when I log into the app. Has been going on since they went to the new improved app some months back and as yet can’t get an ETA on when this will be fixed. I use a lot of apps with with different providers. And this is by far one of the worst in terms of reliability and accuracy. The old app was actually more usable and the information was at least accurate.

The key reason people used the old app - to see their balance - is now hidden on a secondary screen and has a pointless animation on the numbers that delays seeing the balance even further. You have to re-log in *every* time. Tap a transaction to view details and it shows no information - every transaction is apparently $0 and happened on 1 Jan 1900! Tap to close the transaction and you get taken back to the top of the transaction list, no matter how far down the list you’ve scrolled making you lose your position. There are just so many plain errors and UI problems it’s pretty clear the team rushed this and just doesn’t use the app themselves. I’ve stayed using the old app because it’s faster, easier to use, and actually functional. The new app looks nicer but is useless right now.

Please make it so that the wallet tab is the first screen that you see when you open the application. Please also remove the choose employer section as it isn’t relevant for most users who are only employed by one company at any given time and don’t want to select the employer each time the app is opened! The previous app was so good, you just put in your pin or Face ID and immediately were greeted with the wallet and available balance instantly. I don’t understand why you would go backwards in optimisation and make it a complete chore to use the only useful function of the app!!!
