Nightmare after update
After the most recent update, claiming through the app has been an absolute nightmare. What used to be an easy process, it has now become a maze of glitchy selections. After speaking with colleagues that also have leased vehicles, it has become frustrating for all that use it. I have provided feedback and requested an email response but am yet to hear back from anyone. Before I would have given the app 4 stars. Now I would give zero stars if possible.
Not great
The app itself is so clumsy to use. The login page to enter the 4 digit pin doesn’t show when a digit has been tapped and I frequently have to close and re-open the app just to get it to respond. It makes what should be the simple act of logging in to see your balance, a lengthier than required process. You can’t see past a certain (limited) number of transactions in the app once you have managed to login either - have to go to the website for that. It’s very clunky and I have really disliked having to use this app since Smart Salary moved away from Westpac. The team really needs to address the apps user interface and modernise it.
The worst app I have ever used
Awful. Asks for all your personal info and still won’t log you in. A financial organisation like this needs to
project an image of trust and security and this simply does the opposite. I have no idea why they would agree to run with something so bad.
I would never take another lease with this lot based on the app and access alone. I want to see my statement, money etc but I can’t because the app is completely useless.
Would give zero stars if that was possible.
