Forced into Maxxia
Changed from another organisation who use Westpac for the Meals/Everyday Card.
Made checking the balance a lot easier since the Maxxia app is really slow and un user friendly. Get some Face ID happening, quick balance check, better transaction list, future deductions actually showing. It’s such a bland boring app with no features. Card features would be nice, Apple Pay! Lock the card within the app, change the pin etc. Maxxia charge an additional $3 per account in the Maxxia wallet, atleast have a functioning app packed with features.
Also thought that because Maxxia doesn’t need to send the funds for the wallet to an external bank we’d get the funds earlier, I was wrong again.
Pretty disappointing so far.

The Maxxia app does currently allow Wallet holders to view live balances, purchases and Maxxia transactions, and also scheduled deduction amounts. You also are eligible to access our Everyday Savings Program, where through the App there are a fantastic range of discounts and offers. No more notifications with new update version????
App looks better.. however I miss the instant notification when paying with card. The old version used to have that.. what happened?

No more notifications or history of purchases and use.
Completely useless app. Rarely works on weekends. Long waiting times when opening with a constant initialising screen. Does not show proper history of use. Like what’s the point of it? It was working well before the revamp. Whoever thought it was a good idea to update the app in this manner should be sacked, like who let this person make an app? Useless.
