We’ve updated the app to address some bugs and errors. This includes the first group of fixes to reduce crashes from claims submissions and login request. Look out for more fixes to improve your app experience.

Frustrating App
The most frustrating thing thing is that no matter how secure my internet connection is, I seem to keep running into an error while uploading my receipts.
It seems happen quite randomly and it means I have to enter all of the receipt details all over again.
Another problem:
You have the option not to see the tutorial messages demonstrating how to take photos of your receipts (which is great) but checking these boxes does nothing, as every time I use the app I have to check them all over again.
I get it guys! I know how to take a photo!! Please fix this so I don’t have to see these tutorial messages again.
App is slow, often crashes
Despite asking the Maxxia staff about this issue, the app is often slow and unreliable. They suggest to uninstall and try again. So I have, multiple times. I have a few colleagues also with Maxxia and they say the same thing about the app. The insides of the app are fine. Simple claim processing, just the technical aspects of the app are annoying at times.
