System failed during power outages

My previous home, my ADT was connected via the phone line and was still active during times of power outages. Now, it’s on WiFi and it and my internet go down during power outages. Not a happy camper.

An excellent alarm system app - excellent features which is easy to use and understand. I use this app daily and is incorporated in my day to day life. I no longer need to arm/disarm via the keypad or keyfob. One stop shop for all my security requirements.

How do I access the panic button? Recently saw someone in my garden remotely from the cameras but I was unable to trigger the alarm. Had to call police, but would have been good to set off alarm as a deterrent. Has this feature been disabled?

Since i started using this app, it has made my life easier without worrying about the security of my house. I forgot to arm my house and Geo-Services notified me that my house was not armed. This application is great in many ways and faultless.
